If you need a Doctor while the surgery is closed please contact NHS 111.

Complaints

The Black Country Family Practice aims to give a friendly and professional service to our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know.

Speak to whomever you feel most comfortable - your GP, the practice nurse, the patient service manager or our reception staff will be happy to help. In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily.

However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can write to the complaints manager at NHS England or phone 03003112233

Sandwell And West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) also offer a customer care team you can contact them on 0121 612 4110
